Fraudulent claim

I reported an account set up in my name in February. I have just seen on my Clearscore account that this was never removed and I have a missed payment for this fraudulent account. could this please be rectified.

We can see the team had spoken to you in Private Message regarding this and this was escalated over to our Frauds team. Were you contacted by the Frauds team regarding this?

Tthe only contact I have had is from here. I reported it as requested and gave you the reference number.

i have just this minute open a letter from Carphone, in relation to this! It states that they recognise that this was done without my authorisation and that i have been disassociated from all charges incurred. Will this now be deleted from my credit report?

We can confirm this means the Fraud team has updated the account fraudulently opened in your name. You will not need to anything, all charges will be removed and your credit report will be updated in the coming months.
