French mobile not connecting to my UK mobile
My friend in France can't connect with my UK mobile but he can call my landline. I can contact his French mobile. Could there be a block on my phone?

I don't think this is block on your phone because you can make calls. To determine what is causing this I need to ask you few question.
Are you currently using your UK number in France or are you in UK when your issue occurs?
Is your friend adding 0044 before your number? It should look like 00447123123123

I am in the UK I assume he is using the code as he has family in the UK

Unless you have blocked their number within your phone settings, then this should work fine. I suspect it could be an issue with your friends phone.
