Hi Kevin, Sorry I have worded it badly. I have got as rolling monthy SIM with ID Mobile but my old phone has been destroyed and I dont know if it is possible to get a PAC code without it. I was on PAYG with O2 but am having little success in actually speaking to someone.

Hi @Grahame151, so you’re trying to transfer your old number from O2 to us, is that right? PACs have nothing to do with the phone, so it doesn’t matter which phone you request a PAC from. From the O2 SIM, you’ll just need to text PAC to 65075. Once you have the PAC, you can enter it in the iD Mobile app.
