Getting my old number back

Hi,

I recently bought the new iphone 12 and have been having trouble getting my old number transferred over. i now have to contracts with ID as i mistakenly didn't upgrade my plan and got a new one, as i thought i could use a pac code and transfer my number once i got my new phone. however transferring numbers is not working and now people receive calls from my new number. my old number is very important for my job, so i need help on keeping my original number.

Hi @Rafiabegum2,

Unfortunately we can’t move the number from one plan to another, we can only port numbers coming in from other networks. We would advise returning your new purchase if you are able to and then upgrading your old number. You can find further information about the return here. Let us know how you get on.
