I recently purchased online on id mobile website a mobile phone contract,I was given a date for delivery by id mobile and DPD but when I looked at the tracking details it said that a request had been made by id mobile to request the handset back and it was being delivered back to currys so I never received this ,I could not contact id mobile even though I sent messages and eventually contacted someone on twitter,I was then told via a message on twitter that the order had been cancelled by id mobile , then today you have sent me an email demanding £9.47 for a final bill and iam still waiting for the £49.00 refund i paid for the upfront handset cost.
if any staff are on here could you please sort this out if i give you the details
