Hey, I have alot of double payments coming out of ny bank and not sure where the money is going.

Hello @ash112,

When you tap on the Direct Debit payments taken, you should be able to see the reference for this.

This is the account number.

Can you check if all the references are the same?

I suspect you may just have 2 accounts with us and being billed for both which is causing the confusion.
