Have not had much of a mobile signal since starting service

I'm new to the network and have had nothing but problems connecting to the network since I started.

 

My phone seems incapable of maintaining its connection to the network and I feel I've exhausted all possible solutions. I've tried restarting  and it didn't work, I've tried manually assigning the network and it tells me that ID is unavailable.  I've tried the sim in another phone to the same effect. My last provider was talktalk and I've never had any connection problems at all-so it can't be the coverage. I'm out of ideas  on what to do next. Any input would be welcomed.

Could we first ask what phone you’re using with iD Mobile?

We would require a phone to be capable of 3G in order for it to be compatible with us, so sometimes people using budget phones would run into issues like you’re stating there due to incompatibility.
