I’m trying to cancel my contract.  The online log in does not work and when I enter the mobile number in order to recover my log in details, the wesbite says it does not recognise the mobile number! So can’t access my account online.  Also can’t find any way to speak to a human!!

Please can someone help.

Sorted now.  Dind;t realise that the online chat bot will take you to a human in the end!
