Help needed I’m unlimited calls,text,data how ever when I try to make a call it says you have dial are customer payment helpline but records show your up to date with payments ???? Please help I cannot make calls

Have you received any messages to say that you have exceeded your spending cap?
Are you able to use your data and send text messages?
