Help, no service in Europe and cant find a way to contact IDMobile

I have arrived in Europe and now have no service. I have read all the advice for fixing this problem and been through and checked phone settings etc. but still it is not working. 😖

I really need contact with a human being……. any ideas as to how to achieve this please?

@Pamita iD customer service is fully online, the fastest way to get help is via Live Chat. Have you attempted to use the Live Chat service yet?

Just to note support agents are available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays.
