I just got an email asking me how I was getting on with my new plan. I didn’t know I had a new plan and so I checked my account and I can’t log in. Any idea about these things?

I have the same - not requested any changes so went to check and the system won’t let me log in.
Concerned now that a hack has happened.
My.idmobile now displayed a temporary closed / maintenance message say it and the app are being improved ….
Bit of a strange time to do improvements...
Same here. Have even un-installed the app and tried to re-install it, and it will not let me re-install. Something very wrong!
Live chat is also dead.
Twitter seems to have standard message referring people to this forum.
Wonder if anyone from IDMobile is actually on here?

Apologies for this! It seems as though an email was sent to some customers by mistake. This resulted in a large number of people trying to check their accounts which then lead to additional load on the applications. This has caused some issues for customers logging in to the iD Mobile App or My Account online.
We’re trying to get everything up and running again as quickly as possible.
