How can I change my name?
Its a shame that “https://my.idmobile.co.uk/” and community login is different. And it is bigger shame that I need to share my personal issue in the community to get in touch with your customer service.
Wish me luck that I do not need to get in touch with your customer service to resolve any issue.

Your account is anonymous however to other users so no other user can identify you.
You’d have to share the issue with our Customer Service Team to process any account changes anyway, so this would be something that’s unavoidable.
We can process your request for you and I’ll send you a PM so we can get this sorted.
Your private details are something we’d obtain via PM which is only viewable via our Team and yourself, so no need to worry there.
