How can I contact somebody to discuss my order

I am trying to find out what is happening with an order I was expecting on 1/12. I have managed to get on Live Chat 3 times (and unable to get on many many times) only for it to disconnect or to be told someone is checking something and then not hearing a thing - 4o minutes I waited for somebody to come back to me. Any suggestion how I can talk to a person would be most appreciated or failing that how I can cancel my order as money has already been taken.
