I accidentally purchased a 12 month add on twice, I haven't been billed for these yet and I want to remove them before I do as I no longer want them. I am confused on how I can cancel/remove it, I've asked the live chat bot and it says to go on add ons and then select the add on to remove but I'm unable to do that or see that option. Any help would be much appreciated.
