I've misplaced my old phone and need to cancel the sim.
I've since bough a iPhone on iD and cannot remember the older phone number, plus I never registered the old sim anyway.
I'm hard of hearing and don't like dealing with these sort of probs on the phone anyway.
Any help you guys can give me is appreciated.

You can also use Live chat option from the contact page and speak to the support team member by typing. You would need to provide them with your name, date of birth and few other information so they could find your old contract and cancel it.
