I have a sim only accoun that ended in 2016 but I still pay for and need to cancell. The sim or phone no longer exists so I am unable to register for the an account or the app. How do I contact ID to cancell the account please. I cant just cancell the direct debit unfortunately. It is quite clear there has been no calls made the number for years and I no longer want to keep paying the month bill.Â
