I filled in the form at https://switching.idmobile.co.uk/ and click submit request. I get a pop up that asks if I am sure I want to submit. I click OK. I am then returned to the same page.
I am expecting some kind of confirmation that the submission has been accepted.
Browser is Chrome Version 89.0.4389.114 (Official Build) (64-bit)

All port requests can take up to 48 hours to complete. If you have not heard anything by after 48 hours. We would advise you to process the port request using a different web browser.

The problem is not the time it takes, but the broken webpage which gives no indication that the submission was successful. It had to be done manually by an agent on live-chat.
Then I found the webpage to send settings to my phone does not work, they fail to install.
It’s all sorted now, but what a pallaver. iD do themselves no favours.
