I ordered two new SIMs for my children to use in their phones. I am not able to register them both to the same email address - why?
This seems like a huge oversight on the part of IDMobile. I can’t be the only person trying to manage more than one mobile account, when will IDMobile introduce the ability to manage more than one number from the same account?
I certainly won’t be ordering a third SIM for myself - I’m all out of email addresses!

You can’t! Annoying I know but you need to setup a whole new email address and use that for the second SIM. Make sure you write it down, you will forget it! 😳

You will need to use an alternative email address for the second account.

When will this be changed by IDMobile? Previous answers on here say it’s something you’re working on but there’s no indication of when it might change
