After having placed an order for a SIM only contract I decided to stay with my current provider. I have not activated the SIM card, do I have to cancel/return my order?

All sims are activated once they have been dispatched from our warehouse. As it has been a few days since you last posted your message, the sim may already be on its way out now. If you are still wanting to cancel your sim, feel free to speak to our Live Chat | iD Mobile Network team who will be able to help with this.
