Tried everything over the last four days on the ID Mobile web site to cancel my unused SIM within the 14 days and I hit a stone wall every time.
I tried Carphone Warehouse who where most helpful, but they said whilst they would love to help, the only method is by way of the ridiculous ID Mobile Chat which I can’t access. I even got a friend who is using their SIM and he gave up on Chat after waiting over an hour.
Please can someone help on what should be a most simple procedure?
