How to accept a sim only offer

My Mother-in-law has had a letter offering a sim only deal as her contract has come to an end. She doesn't want to get a new phone. She has called the number on the letter you sent, however she can't take the offer up over the phone. How can she accept the sim only offer and will she keep her current number?

Hi @Tony Weston,

 

Does you Mother-in-law have the iD Mobile App? If so, all the offers available to her should be displayed there. If the SIM only ones aren’t showing, she way need to toggle the filters to display them.
