how to block outgoing text and call to a UK number

I have recently broken up with my  best friend . I cant help sending her text msgs . I want to block sending outgoing sms msgs  and phone calls on her uk number . No I don’t have patience and self control .I tried to distract myself  . It does not work . 
Can ID mobile do this for me ? 
She’s already blocked me on fb and insta and whatsApp.

Unfortunately, there is no way to block an outgoing text message. We can only advise deleting the number itself from your phone.

We can only block outgoing texts to premium numbers @Yasoob
