I have an ID mobile plan which is coming to the end of it's 2 year term so I ordered a SIM card from ID with better allowances for a charge of £8 per month. However it has a new mobile number and I want to keep my old number which I am unable to find out how to achive. So now thinking of cancelling new SIM (within 14 days) but can't find a method. Can anyone advise.

Simply log in, go to the 'My account' page, and on the 'Manage my plan' tile click 'End my plan'
