How to discuss a Final Demand Notice when Live Chat is disabled

Hi ID Mobile - i have got a letter from you - a final demand notice which suggests i contact you through Live Chat to discuss. You seem to have disabled your Live Chat and there is no other way to contact you... Please advise


BTW the letter arrived today and is dated 01/01/2021. It says that i must pay by today! Is that the result of bad planning or a deliberate attempt to pressurise your customers?

If you want to make a payment manually, please call 0333 003 7777

Enter your Mobile number then select Option 2 followed by Option 2 again.

You can then make a payment for the desired amount via our automated payment line.


You do not need to speak to anyone for this so do not need to wait on hold to connect to an agent.



Thanks Will.  I would like to close this account - please advise how i can do this. That is why I stopped the DD - because there seems to be no easy way to close accounts.
