I’d like to transfer my number from an old ID account (under someone else’s name; I was told I cannot transfer ownership of this account to me) to a new ID account (which is under my name). The PAC code isn’t working as it’s from the same network – how can I resolve this? I really need to keep my number and can’t return my phone.

Unfortunately, you can not port an existing iD number to a new iD sim as we do not support internal migrations. We can only advise on Upgrading the existing sim, that way you keep the same number.

Hi, buy pay as you go numer from any network, may be asda, lyca, lebara itp. Port numer to other network and after few days request PAC code and port in to ID. Works tried recently. Hope helps
