How to move my number and keep my account?

Hi guys 

 

I moved my business line to ID but I have to move it back to a network that allows roaming outside of europe. Easy i just get the PAC, but I want to hang on to my ID account. Are they able to assign a new number to my account and send a replacement sim when i move my current number to another network? By the way I have a SIM only account at the moment.

 

I am not sure how to do this. Thanks in advance.

Hi @LYN26 

 

Once your number has ported out your line would disconnect.

The only option would be to set u a new SIM-only contract with iD.
