How To Speak with Customer Service Live Person?

Tried all these ways. Call 0333 003 7777, or 7777 direct, or 0800 049 0250, 0800 0800 049 2402 or File complaint online, call Ombudsman 0330 440 1614, send Post.

It is nearly impossible to reach anyone live by phone.  

The Live Chat button is elusive but can give basic info.

Need billing issue resolution.
