I am looking to transfer my existing ID sim to a new phone

I am looking to transfer my existing ID sim to a new phone (both phones are Samsung).

Is this just a case of taking the sim out of the old phone and placing into the new phone or will I need codes etc and do I have to notify ID Mobile of the change?

Hello @chalkie,

 

Providing the phone is unlocked, simply take out the SIM from the old phone and put it into your new phone.

 

Your number is on the SIM so this will stay the same and all should just work fine!
