I'm due a upgrade but didn't like any of the deals I.D gave me so just looked on the pay monthly deals and found one, will i be charged for 2 handsets or will that go through as my upgrade?

In order for your order to go through as upgrade you would need to use your App or Account to go through your upgrade deals. If you found pay monthly deal on iD Mobile website, ordering it will result in purchasing a separate SIM Card.Â

I would recommend you to contact an agent through live chat to see if they can offer you that pay monthly deal as an upgrade. Here is the link to the page.
Alternatively you could pop in to your local Carphone Warehouse store and see if one of the Consultants there could offer you upgrade deal that you are looking for.
