I can't make or receive texts or calls

I went into ID App to check usage. Then I received a text saying "Good news! Your new SIM card is now in the process of being activated. The SIM should be activated shortly, but this can take up to 24 hours. We'll send you a text message to confirm as soon as the activation is complete." Now I can't make or receive texts and calls. Have restarted several times  but no luck. Can WhatsApp and other things, but no texts or calls. I have goid coverage so that is not the problem. Thank you for any help.

Hi @Ihatephones,

 

Did you process a SIM only upgrade or tariff change at all? It sounds as though you may have done, and that a new SIM card is on it’s way to you. How long ago did you receive that message?
