I have been a victim of Fraud, can you please remove the account in my name?

Hi, I have been a victim of identity theft and have had an ID mobile account set up with my name and personal details which I did not do! This has been ongoing for some time now.

 Can you please delete the account? I am not a ID mobile customer. Could you please solve the problem and remove my name as this account appears on my credit report. I have contacted the police and have a crime reference number. Please can someone help to resolve this asap? Thanks
