My phone is asking for a puk code and car phone warehouse has said Id can only help. I need to resolve this ASAP please

Hello @Lexi,

 

A PUK code is required when too many incorrect SIM PIN’s have been entered and the device is locked. 

Please email us so we can issue you with a PUK Code.

 

We’ll need to access your account for this.

 

Please include your:

 

  • Full name
  • Full address with postcode
  • Mobile number
  • Date of birth
  • Community Username (Lexi)/Link to this topic
  • Serial number printed on your SIM.
