I need contact details for ID mobile credit ref department for a necessary default on my name

Hi i just found end of last year that i have a default with ID mobile for a sim which was monthly contract and that sim was never activated . I spoke to someone and was some where from abroad so didnt even understand anything where i pid and gave notice of a month and after 2/3 years i found i have a default of £71.00 on my name and which i shouldn't have. i ned to contact someone and settle this matter. I will really appreciate if someone can contact me regards to this matter.

When you say the SIM card was never activated, are you able to elaborate on this for us a little? Did you receive it? Did you let anybody at iD Mobile know?
