I need to cancel contract, have lost phone and cant remember my log in details. my contract ends this month ive tried doing it on app but it says need to log in but cant

Sorry to hear you’ve lost your phone. 

As you’re unable to log in, you can bar your SIM to ensure no one can use it, by calling call us on 0333 003 7777 as soon as possible. You’ll be given the option to report your phone lost or stolen after the COVID-19 related message. 

To cancel your plan, you’ll need to speak to one of our webchat agents, you can do so here. 

Please note, as we’re working on reduced staff due to the current climate it may take longer then usual for a chat to be available.
