I find I impossible to talk to anyone at ID mobile 

the number provided does not accept calls
please send me a number which someone will answer

I have been trying to contact ID. The number provided does not accept calls. It appears next to impossible to contact this company.

when I use the sim provided by ID it comes up as no service.

i also need to set up a direct debit.

It may be that the new SIM needs activating. if you haven’t done so already, please click here  to see how to go about activating your new SIM card.
