I have been trying to use your live chat since 9 am and it will not work. I have tried 3 different browsers and have done everything suggested to try to make it work. I need to speak with someone about a cancellation i made and it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak with anyone. Please contact me ASAP

You can contact iD on 7777 from your iD mobile phone - it’s an automated service though.

Talk to an iD advisor using their Live Chat service between 9am - 8pm weekdays and 9am - 6pm at weekends.

Once you get connected type-in “talk to a person” to avoid the 24/7 chat-bot.
