So data roaming on because I know corfu is included in EU as part of Greece but when I drove around the island I was all of a sudden getting charged and not a small amount. How do I get a refund for this?

You may’ve exceeded your data allowance while in Corfu.

Even unlimited data plans have a usage restriction when you’re roaming within the 50 inclusive EU destinations.

Work out your roaming allowance, by entering your plan details in the iD fair usage policy page.

Anyway, good luck.

I had plenty of data available to use. It was just when I drove down the Eastern side of Corfu. Every where else was fine..

How can you be certain this happened when driving down the eastern side of Corfu?

What’s shown in the breakdown of roaming charges in your bill?

Did you use a ferry while in Greece?

Why iD Mobile?
