I've lost my SIM and need a replacement

Hi ID mobile,

 

i need to to order a new sim. I have no phone to call and arrange this request. I’ve tried to connect via online live chat, which is non existent. I’ve sent messages on fb and Twitter, no reply. 

Please help, it seems connecting with you is impossible...

Thank you I managed to get help on the online live chat and someone said they will send one, if it’s okay to check my account and reassure me it is on its way I would be very grateful thank you
