I've never received my sim

How do I sort this out?

Sim never arrived, 6 months ago. Managed to contact via my son’s account (which is now closed), they said they’d send another, but I’ve still never had one. Still paying £6 per month. Can’t register or log in as have no phone number to do it with.

Would like this cancelled and money refunded please.

Have you been in contact previously with us to inform us that SIM never arrived?  With our Live Chat Team or anywhere else?

If we can see evidence of that, and yet you still have had no replacement SIM.  Then in that case we’d be able to issue a refund potentially on the months prior to which you had paid.
