Now as much as I am fairly sure this is a spam/phishing message the thing that I find unacceptable is that there is no option under support to report these messages, you get a support pin listed in your account but impossible to find a way of emailing the message to support, or even reporting it… is this modern day logic, if there is someone trying to con your customers, make it as difficult as possible to report it?
