Hello.  I subscribed your phone two years ago, I don't remember the number.  I want to end the contract best already.  I have never used the phone and never used a subscription.  Please close my contract.  In case of contact, please call *********

I am trying on behalf of my son who has some learning difficulties,he has been trying to cancel .he does not have the original number in use

He stopped paying 6 months after the contract ended,it is now with a credit recovery ,I really need to speak to someone
