I have tried to cancel my contract with ID mobile, after my contract had ended, they have now put me onto a higher monthly charge and no option to cancel.  How do I speak to somebody?

Could you give us a breakdown of events that lead from an attempt to cancel turning into what sounds like an upgrade?
