I have bought 2 lines and want keep my numbers, 1 pac number has gone through OK but the other will not work. There is plenty of time left on them (1st sept). Could this be because both accounts have the same email? And if so how do I change one?

I don’t think it’s possible to register for two different iD My Accounts online, with the same username (email address).
You should be able to submit your PAC via the online chat service, to an iD agent at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.
The agents work until 8pm on weekdays. After 8pm the replies are automated.
Thanks for the help I will try that. I was trying to speak to the bot thing last night but it was doing my head in lol. Thanks again Ian
