ID has just scammed me of £30

They say that they want to re-align billing period, so they charged me £30 extra, saying it will be a longer month. they say don’t worry, we’ll give you extra...hold on, i don’t need extra, i have enough data and unlimited minutes. if you want to re-align get me to pay less previous month or the next month, right?

i see it that they just sold me nothing for £30. good business, right?

i think this is outrageous!!!

did it happen to you guys?

Try getting in-touch with iD using their online chat at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat, and ask the agent for your refund.

Hi @Dmitry, sounds like you’ve recently moved your Direct Debit date, is that right?

For example, if you pushed your Direct Debit date back by two weeks, your next bill would cover a 6-week period.

It would return to normal the following month.
