ID Mobile having trouble with my PAC

I have entered all the details on the online for to transfer my old number over, PAC etc, but get a text from ID mobile saying they ran into a problem and to contact customer services. I’ve completed the form again checking all the details but keep getting the same message. Can anyone help please?
