My old number has ported but the I'd number is showing on text messages.

I suggest trying the following in the order given below:
- Turn OFF “Chat features” in the Messages app.
- If (1) fails to fix it, try a network reset on your device.
- If (2) fails to fix it, turn your phone OFF and remove the SIM card for at least 15 minutes - then try again.
