Hi. I'm trying to complete the necessary form to switch and bring my old mobile number to iD but am being asked for a Transaction number. I don't have one, I've read through some of the replies to the same question in the community which directs people to 'My services' and then 'Keep your number'. I can't find 'My services', anyone able to point me in the right direction? Many thanks.

Do you have an invoice that came with the order?
If so you should be able to locate it on there, if not please let us know and we’ll help you out.
