idmobile abroad - no incoming phone calls

Hi, we moved to Portugal 3 weeks ago. Both of us, myself and my husband have Idmobile numbers which we were planning to keep. Unfortunately, a couple of days ago we noticed that we don’t receive phone calls. We receive text messages, we can make calls, we can send messages. We did not change the settings on our phones, our roaming is on. My husband contacted Idmobile but they couldn’t help. I read a lot of comments from people having similar problems with Idmobile numbers abroad and I haven’t seen that the the service provider found a solution.
