Incorrect allowance notificaiton

HI. I’ve recently upgraded my contract to add more data. I had unlimited minutes prior to the upgrade and have still got unlimited minutes. Why am I receiving notifications stating I have used 100% of the minutes included in my plan and will be charged 40p a minute for any more calls?
