Incorrect Data Allowance


Hi,

I upgraded my contract a couple days ago to a sim only deal with unlimited text and minuted and 15GB data. On the app it is only showing a maximum of 8GB data (plus the 1GB add on i paid for earlier this month). How do I fix this please as I paid for 15GB data not 8GB

Yeah @tess.03, seems the iD systems are often slow to get back into sync.

Ask an agent to check your iD account - the customer service agents work until 8pm weekdays.

I have previously tried the live chat, how do I speak to an agent and not the bot. I have tried it during working hours but it still takes me to the bot and my issue isn’t resolved still.

Type “talk to a person” after you’re connected on the online chat - you’ll get a real person instead of the bot.

You can also contact iD from their facebook or Twitter page - the online chat is the fastest way of getting in-touch though.
